Dosage
Adults and children 12 years and over:
Take 1mL dose (25 drops) in 50mL of water, 30 minutes before going to sleep or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Children 6 to 11 years: Only as directed by your healthcare practitioner

Undesirable Effects
Valerian root at a dose approximately 20g caused benign symptoms of fatigue, abdominal cramp, chest tightness, light-headedness, hand tremor and mydriasis which disappeared within 24 hours.
Withdrawal symptoms have been observed after long term overdose.
